Why I'm Building This
After years in real estate, I kept noticing the same pattern repeat on both sides of a transaction.
Sellers were consistently pushed into two options: either invest significant money into renovations before listing — without knowing whether buyers would value those choices — or sell as-is and accept deep discounts simply because the home appeared dated.
Buyers faced a similar trade-off. They could either overpay for move-in-ready homes finished to someone else’s taste, or buy a more affordable home and deal with disruptive post-closing renovations.
So I asked: What if there was a better way? What if sellers could list their homes as-is, buyers got exactly what they wanted, and everyone walked away happy?

Cosmetic renovations are typically completed in 2-4 weeks. The overall timeline depends on your property and the agreed scope. The model is designed to accelerate sales and reduce time on market.
SmartMatch™ Certified partners - licensed, insured, vetted renovation professionals. All work includes quality standards and workmanship warranties.
Every match is pre-qualified and aligned upfront. If a match doesn't proceed, we either rematch or release you - you never pay out of pocket. Renovations only begin after a firm purchase agreement is signed.
